Our spacious holiday home in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife has a living space of 80 square meters on two floors.
The house is located in a quiet residential complex where mostly locals and residents live.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, the well-equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
From here you have easy access to the two private terraces with romantic plants.
On the front terrace with dining table for 4 people you can have breakfast in the sun or have a cozy dinner. The rear terrace with afternoon sun - of course with an awning as sun protection - is ideal for relaxing. From here you have direct access to the communal pool of the small residential complex, which you can of course use.
On the upper floor you will find the two light-flooded bedrooms (of course with folding shutters to darken) with a balcony with sea view and the well-equipped bathroom.
The two bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.
Two terraces invite you to relax during the day and the mild evenings. The community pool is available to our guests.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 11:00 at the latest.
Rental Prices
All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €11,50 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
