Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den See. Da mein Mann und mein Sohn keine Bettwäsche dabei hatten, mussten wir welche nachfordern. Das hat in Turbogeschwindigkeit geklappt. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und man bekam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Umgebung dort ist zum spazieren wunderschön, so hatte unser Hund ebenso viel Freude auf der wunderschönen Insel. Gern kommen wir wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf.

Im grossen und ganzen war die Unterkunft gut Was nicht schon war das flackendeLicht im Schlafzimmer hatte aber mit Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen Was überhaupt nicht geht ist ein nur Platen Herd einfach Zuwenig wenn man mit 4Personrn dort Urlaub macht geht es gar nicht für uns zu 3warces schon schlecht Mann braucht pro Essen mimisten 3Platten Aus diesem Grunde würden wir die Wohnung nicht mehr nehmen Da ich schnatche habe ich im Wohnzimmer geschlagen in der Nische und mit immer den Kopf gestossen Und nicht Vergessen die Ausstattung in der Küche ist Mau zb keine Tupperdosen gut Essen Reste

Diese Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder). Die Aussicht auf den See ist traumhaft schön. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wunderschön am See gelegenenes Feriendomizil. Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr gute Anbindung nach Sellin und Binz. Bäcker ist direkt im Haus und Fahrradverleih direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der halbe Punkt Ausstattungsabzug ist begründet durch die etwas kleine Küchenzeile und die nicht so ganz modernen Möbel. Wobei dies einfach Geschmacksache ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, da Preis-Leistung einfach top!

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung mit spektakulärem Blick auf den nahen See. Man kann zwischen drei Balkonen wählen. Moderne Architektur die sich gut in den ortsüblichen Baustil integriert. Fussläufig zum Seedörfer Yachthafen und zwei Restaurants.

Handyempfang ist vom Anbieter abhängig, mit Telekom kein Problem.
Unserer Gäste werden im Ferienpark von Frau Gehrmann betreut, dazu gehört auch die Planung von Ausflügen.
Ansonsten bedanke ich mich für die Bewertung und freue mich, dass Ihnen unsere Wohnung so gut gefallen hat.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die kleine Bucht direkt vor dem Haus. Im Haus gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker für frische Brötchen. In der Nähe befinden sich auch einige sehr gute Restaurants. Mit dem Bus vor der Tür kommt man einfach und schnell zu allen Ausflugszielen. Buchung und Organisation war TOP - sehr nette Vermieterin. Gerne wieder!

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
