There are cozy corners to sit on at the property. A covered parking for your car is also available. Two cars can be parked on the property and bikes can be secured in the garage.
Special feature
If you would like to find a table laid for breakfast when you get up, then we are we are happy to offer this should you wish. A bit like a bed & breakfast!
Rooms and equipment
The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the basement, so it has little light and the windows are relatively small. The two double bedrooms have a separate shower and toilet each. Cable TV is available.
In the living room, an extra bed can be made for an additional guest. The kitchen is equipped with a hotplate (2 electric plates), microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and the usual inventory (dishes, pots, etc.).
Unfortunately we cannot offer a sun-filled apartment with views of the vineyards.
But if you are looking for a cheap and clean place to stay that is centrally located – with the tram station, the railway station and the pedestrian areas with shops and restaurants reachable within 3-10 minutes, then you are in good hands with us.

We invite you to a quiet, yet centrally located holiday home, in a wonderfully cosy and friendly area, perfect for taking in the wide surroundings of the traditional town of Radebeul.
Radebeul is just a short hop away from Dresden, the capital of the Free State of Saxony. Within only a few minutes you are in the centre of Dresden, a city world-famous for its culture, with many museums and other attractions. The city of Dresden is well connected with the S-Bahn train or tram there for you to get around. The stops are near the apartment (for pedestrian and tram station: 3 min.; train station: 5 min.) Just as quickly in the other direction you’ll find yourself surrounded by nature, with the Radebeul vineyards, the Dresdner Heide and also in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains all nearby. The Elbe Sandstone Mountains can be enjoyed by taking the S-Bahn train or even in conjunction with the Elbe paddle steamers.

VerifiedDie Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, von der Anfrage bis zum einchecken ging alles sehr schnell und zügig.
Super fand ich, dass es einen Stellplatz für das Auto gab. Wer das Auto nicht benutzen möchte, kann in wenigen minuten die Straßenbahn oder S- Bahn benutzen.
Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein, es war alles da was man so braucht, über Fernseher und WLAN uvm.
Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder mieten.

Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber.
Sehr Nette Vermieter.
Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte ist eine Geräuschquelle - eine hochfrequent laufende Pumpe? Nicht wirklich laut aber irgendwie doch hörbar.
Ansonsten Klasse Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Gerne wieder.

VerifiedIdealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Radebeul und Dresden durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ferienwohnung (20 Min. mit Straßenbahn nach Dresden und 8 Min. Fußweg zur S-Bahn in Radebeul. Wohnung sehr preisgünstig und komplett zweckmäßig eingerichtet - Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum, Bad und Küche). Wichtig auch: Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Waren schon das 2.Mal dort und kommen wieder.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.

A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
