VerifiedEine tolle, moderne Wohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und im Preis mit drin, ideal für Familien. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das einzig Negative sind die hellen Plissees, die eine Verdunkelung im Sommer unmöglich machen.
Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder!

Eine traumhaft ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung hat reibungslos funktioniert.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt direkt im Zentrum..besser geht es nicht!
Wir würden sofort wieder buchen, wenn so ein Kurzurlaub auf Norderney ansteht

Tolle 7 hat eine gute Aufteilung und Ausstattung und ist super zentral gelegen.

VerifiedSehr schöne neue Wohnung, top ausgestattet. Super gelegen. Auch die Treppe ist mit Kleinkindern kein Problem. Die Größe reicht auch für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter fühlt man sich nicht beengt. Kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
