VerifiedAnkommen und wohlfühlen. Das ist hier der richtige Ausdruck. Es ist eine ganz tolle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Toller Ausblick. Kurze Strecken z.B. zum Hafen oder nach Burg. Einfach das Richtige, wenn man mal Tapetenwechsel benötigt und etwas abschalten möchte.

- viele Dinge des tägl. Bedarfs vorhanden
- weniger als 2 km bis zur Ostsee
- sowohl gemütlich als auch praktisch eingerichtet
- einziger Nachteil im Erntesommer: Es fahren täglich Trecker mit 1-2 Anhängern unter dem Wohnzimmerfenster vorbei. Relativ befahrene Straße, obwohl sie uns Zuhause auf der Karte so abgelegen und ruhig erschien.
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung für Paare und Familien und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
