Wohnung genau wie auf den Fotos:superschick! Wohnbereich, Bad, Küche: überall ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Neben der Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Flasche Sekt für den Jahreswechsel.
Sehr herzliche Betreuung bei der Buchung durch Frau Villanueva - genauso herzlich dann kurz vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes durch Frau Baysan.
Fahrräder und Strandkorb/Terrasse konnten wir leider aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen, das sollte im Frühjahr/Sommer/Frühherbst besser sein.
Ein ganz klitzekleiner 'Unschönpunkt' ist der Hebebühnenstellplatz. Auch wenn wir keinen SUV fahren haben wir uns nicht getraut, ihn zu nutzen. Allerdings konnten wir einen Parkplatz an der Straße finden und somit war es kein Problem.
Wir werden die Ferienwohnung gern weiterempfehlen und sicherlich selbst auch nochmals wiederkommen, wenn es sich ergibt.

Sehr schöne FeWo, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wer hier etwas zu meckern hat, der beschwert sich auch, dass am Strand viel zu viel Sand liegt und das Wasser der Ostsee entgegen aller Erwartungen viel zu nass ist.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber fein und sehr sauber. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es ungefähr 100 Meter, sehr schöne Lage direkt am Godewindpark.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider konnten wir den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nicht nutzen wegen der Hebebühne unser Fahrzeug war zu hoch. Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind bedingt durch eingeschränktes Halteverbot nicht nutzbar.

Super schönes Quartier. Zwar relativ klein, aber es ist alles da was man braucht :)
Die Lage ist ebenfalls schön. Man läuft nur 2 Minuten zum Strand.
Auch einen Bäcker und den Strandbahnhof von Travemünde erreicht man in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, nah zum Strand und zur Stadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig am schönen Park. Die Ausstattung ist super und neu. Alles war unkompliziert, Frau Villanueva hatte gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung können wir gern empfehlen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
