Die Ferienwohnung wird von mehreren Gästen für ihre ruhige und zugleich zentrale Lage gelobt, wobei der Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Einrichtung lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein, während ein Gast den Tiefgaragenplatz und ein weiterer die Nähe zum Hundestrand hervorhebt. Trotz des als kompetent beschriebenen Services weisen Gäste auf Verbesserungspotenziale bei der Sauberkeit der Küchenutensilien sowie der Terrasse hin. Zudem bemerkt ein Gast, dass die Menge des Bestecks für eine Belegung mit vier Personen als nicht ausreichend empfunden wurde.

Wir waren im Juni 2020 zum 3.ten Mal in Kühlungsborn , davon 2 mal in der sehr schönen FW Silbermöwe und sind total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße(sehr gute Metzgerei in ca.50m Entfernung). Alle anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Zum Hundestrand sind es etwa 10 min. über die Strandpromenade. Gastronomie in Kühlungsborn West u.Ost einfach nur gut!! Die Mitarbeiter von Holiday Classics waren sehr kompetent und immer zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner gelungener Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert !!!

Wohnung liegt ruhig und zentral. Großes Mango die Sauberkeit, gerade die Küchenutensilien. die Wohnung ist für 4 Leute ausgeschrieben allerdings ist dafür das Geschirr zu wenig und zu klein - gerade Besteck- wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
