Diese Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre einzigartige Lage am Deich mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Natur, den viele Gäste als unbezahlbar beschreiben. Die moderne, hochwertige Einrichtung schafft eine erholsame Atmosphäre, die durch eine Sauna sowie bequeme Betten ergänzt wird. Während die Sauberkeit und der freundliche Service gelobt werden, wünschen sich mehrere Gäste mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern sowie Insektenschutz. Ein Gast weist auf die dunkle Beleuchtung hin, zudem merkt ein Gast das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine an. Die unmittelbare Natur mit Schafen sorgt für ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Zunächst muss gesagt sein, dass Lage und Eindruck des gesamten Objekts sowie der Wohnung außergewöhnlich sind und mit dem einzigartigen Blick über das Naturschutzgebiet herausragend ist. Das findet man sonst nirgendwo. Wir haben 2 Wochen im September 2025 dort verbracht, es war einfach schön und wir werden wieder buchen. Die Gestaltung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wirklich komfortabel (Sofa/Esszimmer) die dem Objekt eine gewisse Einzigartigkeit verleihen - sehr gut gelungen vom Vermieter. Was wir jedoch für einen 2-wöchigen Familienurlaub sehr stark vermissen ist eine Waschmaschine. Wäre man mit Kindern dort, so ist das ein volles KO-Kriterium! In der Küche fehlt definitiv eine Mikrowelle, denn Restspeisen mit der "einen" Pfanne aufzuwärmen ist nicht toll und zielführend im Küchengebrauch. Es fehlen definitiv wirksame/professionelle Mücken-/Fliegenfenster vor allen relevanten Fenstern. Das eine im Schlafzimmer eingeklebte Exemplar war zudem rundum defekt - das ist insb. bei gutem Wetter ein echtes Problem. Im Schlafzimmer unten fehlt mind. ein Stuhl oder Ablagemöglichkeit. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer oben fehlt ebenso ein Stuhl oder eine Ablagemöglichkeit. Uns ist besonders negativ aufgefallen, das die Möglichkeiten zum Einräumen seiner Garderobe äußerst beschränkt vorhanden sind, so dass wir bereits zu zweit gezwungen waren uns nahezu vollständig direkt aus der Reisetasche zu bedienen, da es in Summe an Schrank- oder Kommodenverfügbarkeiten mangelt. Im unteren Schlafzimmer ist zudem der kleine Einbauschrank noch nahezu zur Hälfte von Wohn-/Schlafaccessoires des Eigentümer belegt. Im oberen Schlafzimmer befindet sich außer dem Doppelbett nichts weiter. Hier wären Ablagemöglichkeit und Kommode sehr von Nöten! Für eine Familie mit Kindern würde dieser Mangel ein wenig wie Camping anmuten, mit Leben aus der Tasche. Das alles sind freundlich gemeinte Hinweise, diesen wunderbaren Urlaubsort eben sehr viel attraktiver und urlaubsfreundlicher zu gestalten für die schönen Tage und Wochen des Jahres. Sehr guter und verlässlicher Kontakt zur Vermietungsagentur, tolle Lage, ein Stern Abzug für die Ausstattung, wir hätten uns im Gästezimmer mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten - einen kleine Einbauschrank oder ähnliches gewünscht, Gesamteindruck ein Stern Abzug, der Eingang könnte netter/sauberer (extrem viele Spinnweben und Vogelkott). Der erste Eindruck zählt eben ;-) ansonsten war alles tippitoppi.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
