Wassersleben belongs to the municipality of Harrislee and is located on the northern outskirts of Flensburg. The tourist tax-free and family-friendly sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity. A mini golf course and many other water sports, wellness and leisure activities are within walking distance. A variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities, especially the so-called border trade, are also in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is an excellent starting point for long hikes on the nature trails along the coast or for cycling tours on either side of the nearby Danish border. You are by car in just a few minutes in the charming city center of Flensburg or on the other side of the fjord in Glücksburg. The Danish port cities of Sønderborg and Aabenraa are also not far away.

The studio apartment is furnished with a double bed in a bunk and an additional quality sofa bed, making it suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. The media supply is guaranteed by a flat-screen TV with cable connection and free use of WLAN. The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen is ideal for self-catering. The apartment has a full bath with toilet. The large balcony is equipped with a small seating and dining area and offers a great panoramic view of the tax-free beach and the Flensburg Fjord.
The booking price includes the use of the parking space, which is marked with the number of the apartment 687.
Access to the communal laundry room is by the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. There washing machine and tumble dryer can be used. There is also a storage room for bicycles you have brought with you.
A dog is also welcome on request and for an additional fee.
A new section of the beach is being built and parking space is being created. This is not a noisy permanent construction site, but occasionally some construction noise cannot be ruled out on weekdays. Start of measure: May 2022, end of measure: unknown.

Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Is the accommodation vacant and bookable in my requested travel period?
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

How do I calculate the total rental price?
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

Are there discounts for children?
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

When are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation?

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.

My requested travel period is below the minimum stay. How can I continue?
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
