Holiday apartment „Alpensymphonie“ in the middle of beautiful Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Are you looking for a place to relax and unwind? Then the holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers the right conditions for this.
In this holiday apartment you can have a holiday with the whole family, which you will never forget. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 98 m² comfortable space for up to 4 persons. The "Alpensymphonie" is furnished in a Bavarian-modern style and has a massive fireplace. Here you can spend many beautiful and relaxed hours with your family.
Living like Richard Strauss once did
You live in a quiet but central part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, from where you can reach the Garmisch pedestrian zone with its many shopping facilities, restaurants and cosy Cafe´s in only a few minutes walk. The Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympic ice sports centre, the Alpspitz Wellenbad or the congress centre are also near the flat.
Richard Strauss already knew where it is good to live, because directly opposite the holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" stands the magnificent Strauss Villa, the residence of the German composer.
Relaxed evenings on the open fireplace
The holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The living room has a massive, open fireplace which provides for a cosy atmosphere. Here you can end a day with a good glass of red wine.
The modern kitchen invites you to cook. All kitchen appliances and even a fully automatic coffee machine are available here. In the dining area there are large windows, which make the room very bright and friendly. It is equipped with a large table with comfortable chairs.
Sunny hours in the own garden
The large sliding windows in the dining area open onto the beautiful terrace and garden. The terrace is equipped with modern and high-quality polyrattan garden furniture and loungers, so that you can enjoy a good book in the sun and really relax. In the holiday apartment "Alpensymphonie" there are two bedrooms, one with a TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed in comfort height.
In the basement of the house there is also a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. These devices are at your disposal. There are two parking spaces for your car in the underground car park. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €26,45 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
