A view of the mountains straight from the balcony. The generously sized holiday apartment “Sonnensteig” offers a panoramic view which you will remember long after your holiday.
However not only the large balcony makes this holiday apartment, in the St. Martin holiday residence at the outskirts of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a perfect holiday home. Its location is perfect for hikers and skiers in particular.
The dining area is a particular highlight – located in a bay window. The large window front mean that this is a pleasantly sunny spot on nice days in summer and winter alike.
Holiday apartment with two levels
This holiday apartment has two levels on the upper and top floor in this holiday residence. As a result, there is plenty of private space for the whole family or up to three couples who want to go on holiday together in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
This apartment’s 89 square meters offer plenty of space for up to six people. The six beds are in three bedrooms, with a bright or romantic look. There are two bathrooms.
Non-smoking apartment with garage parking
The living area is fitted with a comfortable sofa, a SAT/cable TV, DVD player, a stereo system and a wall unit. Of course there is also an internet connection, so that you can use all of the benefits that modern communication offers, and share your impressions of your holiday with your friends.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher and microwave as well as a kettle and coffee machine – everything you need for a great holiday.
The “Sonnensteig” holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment. A garage parking place is available in the duplex parking system.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.
