Our vacation apartment "Alpenkrähe" in the attic of the vacation house "Ludwig" and is particularly characterized by its excellent location: The local historical "Ludwigstraße" is a real gem in the Werdenfelser Land. Numerous restaurants and decorated house facades ("Lüftlmalerei") present the diversity and tradition of this part of town. Only a few minutes away from the apartment, you will find the traffic-calmed zone with many small stores and cafes.
116 sqm of living space on the 4th floor offer enough room for up to 7 people. Whether a family trip or just a few days of relaxation with friends - this apartment is perfect! The attic was newly converted in 2018 and impresses with an open roof truss.
The spacious living and dining area inspires with its modern glass front. The bright and friendly living atmosphere ensures absolute relaxation from the first minute of vacation! The living room can be divided into two areas: On the left side of the room is a fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. An oven, ceramic hob and of course a refrigerator are ready for your stay. The dining table with benches offers enough space to spend a convivial evening with good food in your nice vacation round. If you prefer it more comfortable, you can sit on the adjacent seating area with sofa and two comfortable chairs. Here is also a TV set, which brings variety especially on rainy days. The right part of the large living room offers a sleeping possibility for one person in a small alcove. There is also an additional bed that can be used as a comfortable seat during the day.
Of course, the apartment also has bedrooms: one of them is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The special window design ensures comfort in this room as well: in addition to the skylights, small light shafts have been installed, which allow a view to the outside. A closet provides enough storage space for your vacation closet. In the second bedroom there is room for two more people, this has a chest of drawers. Further storage space can be found in the hallway, where a spacious wardrobe with cupboard has been planned.
Wellness feeling comes up in the bathroom: The freestanding bathtub under the large skylight lets your gaze wander relaxed into the sky. Here you immediately find peace and can end a beautiful vacation day in the evening with a view of the stars. Of course, you are also welcome to opt for the spacious shower. Likewise, the bathroom has a toilet. A separate toilet with sink can be found right next door.
You can enjoy a wonderful and quiet view from the balcony of the apartment "Alpenkrähe". The large trees in the backyard as well as the mountain panorama round off a beautiful stay in our apartment. Since the balcony is covered, you can sit outside relaxed even on changeable days.
For your stay there is a free parking space in the courtyard, pets are welcome in our house. For storage of your skis and bicycles, a communal cellar is available. You will also find a washing machine and a dryer here.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €19,84 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
