The location of the “Haus am Katzenbach” is particularly attractive for mountain-loving holidaymakers, because it is very close to the very popular hiking mountain Wank, whose 1790m high summit you can reach either on foot or comfortably by cable car. Other attractions, such as the large Olympic ski jump or the Partnachklamm are not far away from this holiday home and in just about 5-10 minutes walk you reach the historic Ludwigstraße, the center of the district Partenkirchen.
Large terrace in summer - Cozy stove in winter
The great furnished house offers two balconies, as well as a large terrace with a gigantic mountain panorama, where you can end warm summer evenings with a glass of red wine relaxed in a beach chair. Even on cold winter days, the house offers pure coziness, because you can enjoy a good book and a cup of hot tea in front of the blazing fire of the stove in the large living area.
Holiday home is ideal for the whole family
The house offers with its gigantic 200m ² space for up to 8 people. It has three cozy bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The bedrooms each have a double bed with a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also have a TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together with the family. It has everything you need, such as an oven, an electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker.
The large, comfortable living- and dining room is equipped with a large dining table with 5 chairs and a bench, where you can enjoy your meal with the whole family. Furthermore, the spacious living room has a TV with DVD player, a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a fireplace. On the first floor of the house is a beautiful gallery room, which you can use as a rest- or as a reading area. It is equipped with a corner sofa and a chair, as well as another TV with DVD player and a lot of books. In this gallery, you feel completely comfortable.
The “Haus am Katzenbach” also has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both are equipped with bath towels, with a shower, toilet, hair dryer and a mirror. The bathroom on the 1st floor also includes a large bathtub.
Practical garage parking space for the car
A garage parking space is available for your car, so you will have no parking problem.
Please note that this is a Non-smoking house.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
