Just arrived and yet still right at home. That holds true for the Alpen Loggia apartment in summer and in winter alike. This apartment offers 84 square meters, broken down into three rooms, offering plenty of space and also, in particular an end-to-end cosy atmosphere.
The Alpen Loggia apartment really is highly attractive and its guests enthuse about it time and time again: Not only the Olympic ski jumping hill, which comes into the limelight every year during the Vierschanzentournee, is located in the direct proximity, as is the entrance to the Partnachklamm, the bottom of the valley, more than 700 meters long, and which has been declared a natural monument. All of the other destinations at the bottom of the Zugspitze can be easily reached.
Balcony in the summer, wood-burning stove in the winter
On warm summer evenings this apartment’s balcony is also a welcome feature, and it also offers plenty of space, as does the rest of the apartment. It’s the perfect place to relax at the end of a wonderful day.
On cold winter days, skiers love the glowing fire in the wood-burning stove . This is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot tea or a glass of fine red wine in the evening, letting the day draw peacefully to a close, and it is also a great place for book-lovers to have a bit of a read.
Alpen Loggia is perfect for the whole family
Alpen Loggia can be used by up to four people, and is thus also perfect for a family with two children. It offers a box spring double bed as well as two separate beds .
Holiday-makers will enjoy the state-of-the-art equipment. Alpen Loggia is fully equipped and geared to its guests needs. The kitchen, which is also located in the living area, has a refined design and a practical cooking island which joins on to the dining table.
Of course, it offers everything from a fridge through to an oven, also including everything from a toaster to a coffee machine - everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or tea. If you love cooking and want to enjoy your meals together, then Alpen Loggia is perfect for you.
Own car parking place
The living area is equipped with a Sat/cable TV as well as a DVD and CD player and a stereo system. It goes without saying that the apartment also has Internet access. The apartment has a shower with WC and also a separate toilet. The smallest members of the family are also catered for with a cot and high chair.
An underground parking space is available for your car, which means you will not have any problems finding a parking space.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and that pets unfortunately cannot be accepted.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.
