In this flat you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday! On 125 sqm, this lovingly furnished flat offers you comfort at a high level and space for 4 people.
Beautiful real wood floors extend throughout the entire flat, large floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the rooms and the modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired.
In the spacious, open-plan living room, a large sofa invites you to linger and after an exciting day in Garmisch, a flat-screen TV with sound system offers further entertainment. Or rest in one of the comfortable armchairs in front of a crackling fire in the fireplace.
Here you will also find the open kitchen with kitchen island and modern equipment, as well as a large dining table with enough space for 6 people.
The flat also has two bedrooms, each with high-quality double beds and comfortable, separate mattresses. Spacious wardrobes provide ample storage space for your luggage. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a large double bed made of Swiss pine wood, the other has a luxurious box spring bed as well as a flat screen TV. So that you can also relax well on starry nights, both bedrooms can be completely darkened.
A bright, modern bathroom with double washbasin and ground-level shower, as well as a separate guest toilet complete the interior of this flat, but the real gem of Alpenchalet Lotti is the gorgeous, wrap-around balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen mountains.
The balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Here you will find two balcony sets with tables and chairs, as well as sun loungers. Three awnings offer you a shady spot on hot days and a beach chair brings some northern German charm to the mountains and offers you a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding "mountain cinema".
The flat also has two underground parking spaces, easily accessible by lift from the flat door, as well as its own washing machine and dryer in the building's laundry room.
You are guaranteed to feel completely at home here!
Please note that an apartment building has been built on the neighbouring property. Due to the pandemic, it could not be completed as scheduled. It is therefore possible that there may be some noise disturbance at times due to the design of the outdoor area and the new building.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €30,65 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
