The flat "Oberwasser" is quietly located in close proximity to the Loisach in an apartment building on the 2nd floor. It offers everything you could wish for in a holiday flat on approx. 100 m2. Warm woods on the walls and floors, combined with high-quality interior design and modern copper tones immediately create a feel-good atmosphere!
In the entrance area you will find a large wardrobe with enough space for shoes and coats. After all, in the mountains you have to be prepared for all weathers!
Equipped with large panoramic windows and a double bed that can be converted into two single beds in a few simple steps, everyone is sure to find a well-deserved night's sleep here!
And if you want to decide for yourself when the sun wakes you up, simply use the roller shutters. By the way, these are on all the windows in the flat!
A six-door wardrobe offers plenty of storage space and those who want to check their e-mails from time to time despite their holiday can sit down at the integrated desk.
Thanks to the modern flat-screen TV, you don't have to do without evening entertainment either.
The bathroom impresses with its modern dark tiles and warm wooden elements. Of course, a window for daylight has been thought of here as well.
Thanks to the two washbasins and the large mirror surface, no one gets in each other's way in the morning. The bathroom also has a bathtub with shower device, as well as towel heating and, of course, a hairdryer.
In addition to the bathroom, there is a separate toilet.
The open-plan living room is connected to the dining area and the kitchen. Besides comfortable sofa furniture, you have a flat screen TV and a Bose music system where you can easily connect your mobile phone via Bluetooth to your favourite music. Enjoy the sunny hours on the large all-round balcony. By the way, you can also access it from the bedroom!
Living together is guaranteed here - settle down at the bar on the comfortable stools and watch your loved ones cooking, or settle down at the massive real wood table. A total of 8 people can be seated here.
The kitchen has everything you could wish for on holiday. A fridge with freezer compartment and crockery for up to 6 people. Oven and dishwasher are of course also available.
The flat can be combined with the adjacent holiday flat "Felsenfest" through a connecting door! Ideal for a holiday with the extended family!
This is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage. Storage facilities for skis and ski boots are available in the cellar compartment of the house. A washing machine is available in the laundry room.
WLAN is free of charge! The VDSL 100 broadband access makes streaming with Smart TVs, internet radios or your own tablets a real pleasure. So why not move your home office to the mountains?
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
