BergZauber - For magical holiday moments in the mountains!
In a central yet sheltered, quiet location, this new-build flat offers magical accommodation for up to 8 holiday-makers. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms on three floors offer enough space for the whole family. It is only a 5-minute walk to the lively Garmisch pedestrian zone and the Hausberg cable car, which takes you directly to the Werdenfels mountains for short or long excursions.
All bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable double beds, spacious wardrobes for your luggage and their own TVs. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, along with a large bathroom where you will find a relaxing bathtub in addition to a ground-level shower with rain showerhead. Two of the bedrooms each have access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun with a beautiful mountain view. The other bedroom has its own, smaller balcony.
On the ground floor, a bright, open living room welcomes you. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of daylight and provide access to the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful mountain air in comfortable garden furniture. The large dining table is a great place to sit together and the open-plan kitchen, thanks to its high-quality equipment, leaves nothing to be desired, even for enthusiastic cooks. A decorative fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, especially at late hours. The cosy TV corner with flat-screen TV and living area invites you to put your feet up or enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV.
In the entrance area, you will find a practical wardrobe and a storage room with washing machine and dryer, as well as another bathroom with a ground-level shower and rain shower. To ensure a good mood, the bathroom - like all bathrooms - is equipped with a built-in radio.
The basement has yet another treat in store. In addition to another bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and TV, there is also a third, large bathroom with a built-in Finnish sauna. The perfect place to warm up tired bones and relax after a long day in the mountains!
The windows in the accommodation can be completely darkened thanks to electric blinds. In summer, room ventilation creates a pleasant indoor climate even on hot days. Should it be colder, however, the underfloor heating still ensures warm feet.
A carport with turning space for one vehicle is reserved for you directly at the house. Thanks to the charging station, electric cars can also be conveniently charged directly at the accommodation.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 4 guests. An added €24,52 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
