In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 3 bedrooms and 125 m2 offers enough space for the whole family. With modern, high-quality furnishings combined with bright rooms and traditional old wood, the flat more than lives up to its name.
The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a large, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or to soak up the sun.
On the ground floor, the heart of the flat is a spacious living and dining area with an integrated, open kitchen. The cosy seating area with corner bench invites you to sit together at the dining table, while a comfortable sofa set provides the perfect place to switch off or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV.
The kitchen shines in a contemporary, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker as well as all other common utensils needed in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the living area are a bathroom with shower and two of the bedrooms. One, equipped with a loft bed, offers children and the young at heart a cosy place to sleep. The other is furnished with a double bed and has access to its own small bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase takes you to the basement, where another bathroom with shower and built-in sauna awaits you in addition to the third bedroom with double bed. Ideal for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking.
To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in your own drying room in the cellar.
There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you have your own washing machine and dryer.
The BergJuwel flat is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 4 guests. An added €24,52 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
