This stylish and lovingly furnished first floor apartment offers on two floors and over 100 sqm enough space to relax, linger, discover, play and enjoy.
On the first floor, the heart of the apartment is a large living and dining area with open kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the apartment and let you look out into the greenery. The whole family comes together effortlessly at the large dining table.
The living area with comfortable sofa and armchairs invites you to put your feet up. Thanks to flat-screen TV, entertainment is also provided here at any time.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all utensils and kitchen appliances, so that even cooking enthusiasts will want for nothing. Dishwasher, oven, stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment are also available.
On the ground floor there is also one of the two bathrooms with shower, as well as one of the bedrooms. These are each equipped with cozy box spring double bed, spacious closet and private flat screen TV.
The terrace, equipped with patio set and deck chairs, is completely covered and, together with the adjacent garden area, offers you a cozy place in the fresh air, plenty of sun and a wonderful view of the Alpspitze.
A staircase leads to the basement, where you will find another bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, as well as the second bedroom, and a children's room. Particularly practical is the second apartment entrance, from which you can easily reach the underground garage. A spacious wardrobe here offers space for shoes, ski and hiking gear.
In the children's room there is also a large closet, as well as two single beds, each of which can be pulled out to provide additional sleeping accommodation. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment and a separate play corner makes children's hearts beat faster.
The rooms in the basement also have floor-to-ceiling French doors, allowing daylight into the rooms. Especially in summer it is pleasantly cool here. An automatic ventilation system guarantees a good indoor climate in the entire apartment and the underfloor heating ensures warm feet even at low temperatures.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Here, with consideration for the other residents, smoking is not allowed even on the terrace.
There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage. This is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
In the basement there is also a communal storage room for bicycles, as well as a communal drying room where you can lock up and safely store your ski or hiking equipment thanks to its own heated locker.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €24,52 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
