The holiday apartment is located on a converted farm in the middle of the countryside on the outskirts of Flensburg. This is an excellent starting point for excursions into the idyllic surroundings - be it on foot, by bike or by car.
The so-called Ochsenweg (long-distance cycle path) runs right in front of the door and invites you to take a bike ride to the nearest beach or through the picturesque rapeseed fields. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Förde Park, Edeka (Jarplund) Lidl or the Team gas station.
The holiday apartment is in the green, but still very well located in terms of transport. You can reach the A7 in 5 minutes north or south, the east tangent towards Denmark or Glücksburg.
Eckernförder Landstr. Which takes you to the right towards Husby, Hürup, Satrup and Sörup or to the left directly into the city center of Flensburg. The city center cannot be reached on foot, but it is 10-20 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by car. “Solskin” is Danish and means sunshine.
Flensburg is a border town, so visitors can enjoy the attractions of two cultures. The influence and traces of 400 years under the Danish crown can be found in many places and shape the cityscape and population. The maritime past can still be experienced and recreated today at the museum shipyard and in the museum harbor. The well-preserved facades, the narrow streets of the old town and the numerous merchants' houses invite you to take a journey back in time.

Solskin is a modern, high-quality and very spacious holiday apartment. It has - 2 bedrooms with box spring beds each with a width of 180 cm - a fully equipped fitted kitchen - a bathroom with shower, as well as - a very spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a dining room table for six people.
Both bedrooms and the living room have 50 inch televisions (Ultra HD) with various media options and connections for your devices. Of course, you get access to our high-speed WiFi (100 Mbit) free of charge.
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board can be used in the apartment free of charge at any time. Tripp Trapp high chair and cot are available free of charge upon request
When the weather is right, the spacious terrace is an ideal place to end a day of vacation in peace.
Grilling is permitted, but you must bring your own grill. You can park right in front of the door in our courtyard and if you have a slightly larger vehicle or are traveling with two cars, that's no problem.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 16:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €22,61 per night will be charged for each additional guest.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
