Monte Noble II

The new, very comfortable Monte Noble II holiday apartment is in a prime, quiet location, with an incomparable, fantastic panoramic view of the Palatinate mountains, the nearby Alsatian north Vosges and the Berwartstein castle.

The terrace outside is directly adjacent to the dining area, e.g. for breakfast, sunbathing or relaxing or to enjoy the garden and the landscape or the view with mountains and castle view.
Parking spaces are located directly at the house on our property.

Berwartstein Castle, the symbol of our village Erlenbach, is located in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve. You can visit the castle in about 8 to 10 minutes on foot. Some of them can be visited freely, including their chapel with its relatively well-preserved colored frescoes. She also invites you to interesting castle tours. Premium hiking trails can be reached on foot from the Monte Noble apartment. The Palatinate Jakobsweg also leads through Erlenbach and can be accessed from here.

Do you like castles steeped in history?
The Drachenfels is 3 km away, the Altdahn – Grafendahn – Tanstein castle group is 5 km away, Lindelbrunn Castle is 6 km away and the quadruple castle group on the German-French border around Chateau Fleckenstein is 10 km away, as are the Landeck and Madenburg castles.

City of Annweiler am Trifels 15 minutes. Stroll through the city and castles, city of Dahn 15 minutes. Dahner Felsenland 5 to 15 minutes.
Visit wineries, enjoy wine landscapes, e.g. in Bad Bergzabern
or visit the German wine gate, travel time approx. 15 minutes each, to Speyer approx. 40 minutes, city of Landau, reptile 25 to 30 minutes, cactus land

The apartment is designed for two people and allows you to sleep in separate beds if you have individual needs and wishes.
However, due to the requests we allow you to use the apartment also for three, for example, as a family or friends.
The dimensions of the French double bed with comfortable mattress are 1.40 m by 2.00 cm.
The size of the other bed is 90 x 200 cm.

The mattresses are equipped with a softer side and a harder side. Please let us know after booking which of them you prefer, so we can fix it for you.

In the bright, south-facing living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the wonderful panorama with castle view directly from the couch, as well as from the dining table, which often offers a magnificent, varied and unforgettable atmospheric experience of nature at any time of the year ,
Inside:
There is a high quality couch set available in the living area, particularly in terms of ergonomic seating comfort. The couch as well as the two armchairs and the upholstered stool are also equipped with an adjustable relax function.

The armchairs on casters are easy to move, so that you can either look at the panorama and the garden as you wish or at the TV corner.
All floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors are equipped with electric blinds.

From the valuable bed in the bay window you can either watch TV or enjoy the view of the garden and the natural landscape from the window.
In the floor-to-ceiling built-in cupboard you will find spacious space for accommodation.

The living area is equipped with flat screen TV with satellite reception. Radio and DVD player as well as WiFi are available.


From the dining area you look into the garden and the panorama with castle view and get to the smaller terrace belonging to the apartment.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and baking, which can create a feeling of "well-being at home" even during the holidays.

The inventory includes:
Dishwasher, four-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, good porcelain, glasses and cooking utensils etc., espresso or cappucino maker.

The apartment is located in our house below our living area.

Berwartstein Castle 8-10 min. on foot

Bathing lake right on the spot, with restaurants, parking 3 minutes, bike 5 minutes, on foot about 20 minutes. Idyllic circular walk on the lake, followed by quiet lakes and streams, starting point for hiking.

Premium hiking trails - well signposted, as several, see map: approx. 3 to 15 minutes.

For example to the Drachenfels 3 km on foot
Cycle paths, even with almost no incline, to France.

Alsace with its beautiful town of Wissembourg is 8 km away

Felsenland bathing and sauna area in Dahn or Südpfalztherme in Bad Bergzabern, trip, each about ten minutes
