                General Information

                Denia is a small coastal town with fishing tradition. Combines sea and mountain and offers a variety of sports and leisure activities with a cuisine rich in rice, fresh fish and homemade recipes typical of the region. Denia has a microclimate, to enjoy the sun an average of 300 days a year, which combined with the sea, it offers an excellent opportunity to soothe ailments and promote health recovery processes.
                In its southern coast, enjoy a walk along the waterfront promenade over nearly 7 km over which you can enjoy its restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine with fish and meat, while enjoying a unique view of the sea and Cape San Antonio, as well as its beaches and bathing areas. The sunrises and sunsets over the whole year will test your artistic senses, offering models for painting or photograph, without equal.
                The north coast of Denia, offers 14 km of sandy beach almost uninterrupted, with some space with river rock coast. These Spaces are ideal for walking with the family, enjoying with or without children, on a gently sloping beaches and calm waters, almost all year. Throughout your journey, you can find entertainment areas, restaurants, playgrounds and sports such as beach volleyball and other activities such as Kite Surfing, Wind Surfing and outputs zones Jet Ski, all clearly marked. Along this coast, may also find typical bars to enjoy a drink lying in their hammocks and shade of their umbrellas, while enjoying their summer baths.
                On the other side, you’ll find the Montgo Mountain, best known peak in the area. It's a Mountain National Park, suitable for all customers with well-marked passable paths that can offer a quiet walk, but exciting at the same time with great views of the town and the sea. On clear days you can distinguish all the Valencia Gulf Bay to Cape San Antonio, spotting even the island of Ibiza. Also you can enjoy the view of birds and other wildlife, native to the area and also flora, characteristic of the Mediterranean coast. You can also visit some of the most famous caves such as Cueva Del Agua, a natural freshwater sack, the Cova Del Camell and Cova Tallà at the end of Las Rotas Coast.

                Under which conditions can I book an accommodation?
                Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

                Is it possible to cancel my booking?
                Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

                How do I calculate the total rental price?
                Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Whether the tourist tax is included or not is displayed below the total rental price.

                Do I have to pay a security deposit?

                What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
                Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.

                If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).

                Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of guests?
                In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.

                Are there discounts for children?
                Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

                Where is my accommodation located?
                You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

                When are the check-in and check-out times for my accommodation?
                You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.

                How does the handover and the return of the keys take place?
                The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.

                Why is a price calculation impossible, even though the accommodation is vacant?
                There may be various reasons for this:

              • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
              • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
              • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
              • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
              • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
              • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.

                My requested travel period is below the minimum stay. How can I continue?
                In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
