Sehr schöne moderne, saubere Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Abwicklung, Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe, etc. unkompliziert und problemlos.
Leider wurde der Tiefgaragenstellplatz kurzfristig durch die Hausverwaltung wegen Baumaßnahmen gesperrt, wovon die Vermietungsagentur wohl auch überrascht wurde. Daher mussten wir unseren PKW 3 Tage lang an der Straße parken. Die Parkgebühr hierfür wurde jedoch großzügig, zügig und unkompliziert erstattet.

Wir haben bereits zum 3x in Folge Urlaub in der Hohen Lith, Wohnung 303, gemacht und lieben diese.
Wir waren bereits 5x in der Residenz Hohe Lith. Die Lage ist total super und die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Das man ein Schwimmbad dabei hat ist gerade für Kinder immer ein Highlight.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Bei Ausstattung/Ambiente kann ich leider keine 5 Sterne vergeben, weil die Matratzen im Master-Bedroom (mit Terrassen-Zugang) wirklich durchgelegen sind. Die müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.
Sonst sind wir rundherum zufrieden und würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Gebucht haben wir das Haus "Hohe Lith" wegen dem Schwimmbad im Haus. Das es leider in einem anderen Haus der Anlage war haben wir nicht gewußt und wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen. Sollte in Zukunft erfolgen. Aber trotzdem war es eine tolle Wohnung und alles war i.0. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr zweckmäßig.
Die häusliche Einrichtung ist sehr vollständig.
Leider liegt die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, dass reduziert etwas die Privatsphäre (Balkon / Fenster etc.), ansonsten 1A.
Vermietung durch Cuxhavenapart sehr gut und sehr professionell.

Die Wohnung überraschte uns positiv durch die Sauberkeit und sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Auch der WLAN-Router im Wohnzimmer war eine angenehme Überraschung. So war guter Internetempfang garantiert, was nicht in allen Häusern der Fall ist. Da es durchaus hätte sein können, dass ich kurzfristig hätte arbeiten müssen, war uns dieser Aspekt ausnahmsweise mal sehr wichtig.
Leider sitzt man auf dem (sehr großen) Balkon durch die Lage der Wohnung direkt über der Tiefgarageneinfahrt regelrecht auf dem Präsentierteller. Das war und vorher aber klar und hat die Urlaubsfreude nicht wirklich getrübt.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermietungsbüro war durchweg freundlich.
Insgesamt definitiv empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Ein kleines Radio wäre schön gewesen.
Die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer und die beiden in den Schlafzimmern konnten wir nicht anmachen.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
