VerifiedDie komplette Wohnung an sich ist wunderschön. Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung sind sehr modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Sauna im Bad wurde ausgiebig genutzt und war bzgl. der Größe in Ordnung. Es lässt sich bei vier Personen leider nicht vermeiden, die Spülmaschine nach jeder Mahlzeit laufen zu lassen.
Unsere positiven Highlights:

- Einrichtung und Ausstattung
- Willkommensmappe mit diversen Informationen bzgl. Programmmöglichkeiten in der Region und pro Jahreszeit, Ärzten, Mobilität etc.

- Hellhörige Wohn-/Schlafräume
- Keine Abzugshaube am Kochfeld
- Teppich unter dem Esstisch welcher mit den Stuhlbeinen leider so ganz und gar nicht harmonieren möchte
In Summe eine doch klare Weiterempfehlung von uns, mit kleineren Abzügen in der B-Note.

VerifiedEine sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem gemütlich eingerichtetem Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche. Ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Ein sehr schönes Badezimmer mit toller Dusche und einer leider sehr kleinen Sauna. Lage ist gut und ruhig der Strand ist mit einem gemütlichem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Einkaufsladen gleich an der Ecke. Zu empfehlen wäre noch eine Mikrowelle in die Küche zu stellen ansonsten lässt die Küche nichts vermissen. Wir würden es wieder buchen

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
