Leider waren die Matratzen nicht so gut( durchgelegen).

ausgestatteten Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Betreuung ist ebenfalls sehr

VerifiedDie Wohnung befindet sich in einem hochwertigen Ferienwohnung- Komplex.
Die Lage ist traumhaft, paar Minuten vom Strand. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht und nicht sehr üppig, für uns hat aber gereicht (wir haben nicht gekocht). Ein Pool im Haus war eine zusätzliche Annehmlichkeit.
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig, vor allem wenn die Fenster auf sind - war aber ok.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Woche verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten wieder eine wunderschöne Zeit in der man als Familie wieder zur Ruhe kommen konnte. Waren bestimmt noch nicht das letzte Mal hier. Es stimmt einfach alles. Von der Lage der Wohnung übers Schwimmbad bis hin zum Strand.

Im Winter an die Ostsee? Na klar! Mit dieser Unterkunft bekamen wir ein Rundum-Wohlfühlpaket direkt am Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist so eingerichtet, dass wir uns sofort zuhause fühlten, tiptop sauber und gepflegt, hochwertige Ausstattung und gleichzeitig so praktisch eingerichtet, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Sogar ein Strandkorb wartet auf der Terrasse auf wärmere Temperaturen :) Zur Wohnung gehört ein fester Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wenn wir durchgefroren von unseren Tagestouren auf der Insel oder von langen Strandwanderungen zurück kamen, ging es sofort in den hauseigenen Wellnessbereich, den wir kostenfrei nutzen durften. Ein Innenpool, sowie 2 Saunen, bei Bedarf kann man sogar Massagen buchen. Unsere Kinder fühlten sich wie im Paradies, und wir konnten komplett abschalten von Arbeitsstress. Top betreut fühlten wir uns durch unsere Vermieterin, jede Mail wurde umgehend beantwortet und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Von der L

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet sowie top gepflegt. Traumhafte ruhige Lage zwischen Wald und Meer.
Kaffee-Bäckerei und Eisdiele liegen in direkter Nähe, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants (guter Italiener) liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Falls das Wetter mal nich so mitspielt, aber auch sonst laden ein hauseigenes Schwimmbad, sowie Sauna und Wellnes zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wir wurden von den Vermietern hervorragend vorbereitet und betreut. Alles in allem ein tolles Feriendomiziel daß man sofort weiterempfehlen kann.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
