The flat is located near the beach directly behind the dyke. From here you can reach the beach, the forest, the playground or the marina of the beach sailors in just a few minutes' walk. Here in the district of Ording it is called "pure beach", bathing is always an experience.
There are two guarded bathing spots here in the Ording district, which are easily accessible via separate footbridges for pedestrians and cyclists. If you want it even easier, drive a little further by car to the "car beach".
On a walk along the wind-protected footpaths through the pine forest, you will pass the high ropes course and tennis courts before reaching St. Peter Bad a few minutes later.

The flat on the 1st floor is approx. 40 sqm and is divided into a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, with loft bed for children and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The flat is heated by central heating, which is in operation all year round. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony, which has two chairs.
EQUIPMENT (COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2018):
You can enjoy the healthy North Sea climate with its iodine-rich sea air in comfortable garden furniture on the balcony or on the lawn, for which deckchairs are available.
Parking space for car, lawn for playing/sunbathing, general bicycle stand.
Children and pets are welcome!
You are welcome to rent the holiday flat all year round.

We have a fibre optic connection for your WLAN.
We would like to point out that there may be construction work in the vicinity at the moment. Unfortunately, we do not have any information about a timetable for this.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 14:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.

We as landlords are now obliged to pay the spa tax for our guests. For this reason we ask you to transfer the spa tax with the rent.

Please note: For usual touristic services, such as overnight stays, is no right of withdrawal valid. This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
