Additional Price Information
1. Your check-in can be anytime after 11am, and your check-out is preferably before 12pm. This ensures that arriving guests will have a good experience as housekeeping between every guests is done.
In case you are crossing other visitors on the same day, due to housekeeping services, the check-in might be after 3pm.
If you need a special check-in or check-out time (late hour plane to catch for example), please ask BEFORE arrival, and i will find the best solution for you.
2. Only the guests registered at the time of booking are allowed inside the apartment. Unregistered visitors and/or friends are not allowed inside.
3. A security deposit is required using the Airbnb mediation system so that both the host and the guest can feel reassured in case anything happens, and you'll be sure that there will be no harsh discussions on getting back your deposit since i believe that everything will be fine and that you'll enjoy staying at my place as much as i'll be happy to welcome you.
4. Housekeeping is done between departure and arrival of guests, but for long-term stay (7+ days) you can ask for a regular housekeeping service. Please ask BEFORE arrival, and prices and frequencies will be arranged upon agreement.
5. My neighbors are quiet people and families and will expect the same from all residents. As you'll be able to enjoy a great nightlife in the surrounding area, i expect you to respect the other residents and keep the calm of the building.
6. Smoking in the flat is prohibited since i don't have a balcony where you can smoke out in the open. You will understand that it is to ensure that every different guests can enjoy a non-smoking place.
